General Inquiries:

If you have general questions or feedback, you can reach out to us on our social media channels (Instagram, Twitter, Facebook), leave us a message on our website, or email us at support@nso.co.nz.

Account Support:

If you need support with your account, such as password reset or billing questions, go to the profile screen by tapping the profile icon at the top left, scroll down to the support section, and send us a message.

Skydive Entry Support:

If you need support with a specific skydive entry, go to the logbook screen, tap on the entry you need help with, tap on the options menu at the top right, and select "Need Help?". Please provide any relevant information that might help us address your concerns.
