My skydive has errors. What can I do?

While we strive to constantly improve Tobu, the inherent uniqueness of each jump may occasionally prevent Tobu from extracting your skydive's insights. If you encounter a skydive in your logbook with errors, don't worry; you can still add it as a manual entry on Tobu.

Skydiving entry errors

  1. Open your logbook on Tobu and select the jump with errors.
  2. Tap on the "Convert to manual entry" option.
  3. Fill in all the required information about your jump, such as the date, dropzone, aircraft, jump type, and gear used.
  4. Tap "Save", and your jump will be added to your logbook.

Invalid jumps are not counted towards your skydiving career summary. Converting them to a manual entry is a good way to ensure your logbook is always up to date.

By following these simple steps, you can ensure that all your skydives have valid entries in your Tobu logbook. And don't worry; our team will still take a look and fix it as soon as possible.
